TemplateNewtons grants you limited exclusive license
to use the web templates and other products sold through our site by
independent providers (the "products") with respect to Terms
and Conditions (the "license") issued by TemplateNewtons.
b) IMAGERY, CLIPARTS AND FONTS
Imagery, clipart and fonts used in our templates are
absolutely free and are initial part of our products. Imagery, clipart
and fonts to develop only one project are free to use. Separate usage
or distribution is strictly prohibited.
c) MODIFICATIONS
We provide you full authorization to make any necessary
modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.
d) INSTALLATIONS
We are not allowed to install any of our products
which require (osCommerce templates, Zen Cart templates, etc.). As We
all know installation is a paid service & is not included with the
package price.
e) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You are not suppose to place any of our products,
modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium
and offer, redistribution or resale without prior written consent with
our company. This is strictly prohibited.
f) ASSIGNABILITY
You are not supposed to sub-license, assign, or transfer
this license to anyone else without prior written consent from templatenewtons.com.

g) OWNERSHIP
You are not supposed to claim intellectual or exclusive
ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. Each &
every products are property of independent providers. Products of TemplateNewtons
are provided "as is" without warranty, either expressed or
implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages
including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental
or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or
inability to use our products.
h) INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You are not supposed to disclose any order information
which includes & is not limited to Order ID etc. This would not be tolerated.
- OUR REFUND POLICY
As you know that TemplateNewtons are offering non-tangible
products, so we are not concern about issue of refunds. When you own
the membership or our product is shipped, Customers are responsible
for understanding, upon purchase of any product at our site.
- ANTIFRAUD CHECK
On customer’s purchase can be suspended for
manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes or it can be suspended for
longer term (around 20 hours) for serious investigation. Antifraud check
occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions, which is carried
out by persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards, used
during purchase.
- THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES
